The 2 Day Trading Lab

The trading lab is specifically designed to bridge the gap between practical theory and live trading. Afterwards you will have built a solid check list of activities to take back to your own trading environment as well as a new found confidence in finding and implementing low risk trading ideas.

The two day trading lab covers either day trading or swing trading. The markets covered can be Forex, UK and US stocks and US indices. The main focus will be on the items the student decides on in preliminary discussions before the course. It’s your course so you tell me what you would like to focus on.

I will use my spread betting, internet broker and direct access trading accounts. Any live demonstrations will be made solely using my accounts.

It will be live events so you are welcome bring your lap top if you wish to trade making your own decisions and learn and earn at the same time. Or just watch me taking any trades using my accounts and let me do all the hard work.

I have run the trading lab numerous times in the past when traders have asked for this service, it’s now open to everyone whatever level your are at. 1-2-1 training lets me focus on you. This way the student gets my undivided attention and I will be able to sort out any inherent trading problems that you may have that is holding you back.

Alternatively you maybe new to the market you wish to trade but need help on your next steps. Whatever your situation 1-2-1 training is designed around you and not other members of a course.

We will cover the theory first to make sure we understand the right way to do things, and then we will start looking at the live markets to put theory into practice. Any notes on the moves we are watching/trading will be supplied so that you get a full trading experience.

1-2-1 training is completely flexible; what ever needs to be done with regards your trading will done for you.

Preparation.

Before the two days begin I will be in touch and make sure that we have a plan in how you would like the time structured and what you’d like to focus on. We will make sure that the computers are set up correctly for the trading day. We will also make sure that the right charting software is loaded on the machines in advance.

My colour charts help every trader to stay with the moves and get their timing right. I will demonstrate how to get the best from them and supply a complete note pack on how they work.

Method

We will cover all aspects on the markets in question and then will focus on live opportunities. As live opportunities do not present themselves all the time we will be alternating between covering the relevant theoretical detail and then switching over to the live markets.

Lunch time

At lunchtime we will take a short break, re evaluate what we have done that morning and get ourselves positioned for the US markets opening at 2.30pm No matter what market you trade the US session is very important, we will watch how it affects the things we have been looking at and use it to our advantage. I have twelve years full time trading experience of this market so you are in safe hands.

Daily wrap up and post mortem.

At the end of the day we will focus on what we have done and work out our strategies and the preparation for the next day.
